Hello, I’m Majid Elias, the proud founder of LME Accountants. Thank you for taking the time to explore my website and discover how I can contribute to the growth and success of your business.

My journey began in London, where I earned a degree in Business Management and Finance. Subsequently, I achieved the esteemed status of a Chartered Management Accountant through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). I further honed my skills by undergoing comprehensive training in various Treasury disciplines with the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Commencing my career in the public sector in the UK, I later transitioned to the financial services industry, working with global banks and asset finance companies in London. Throughout my roles in banking, I garnered multiple nominations for Outstanding Achievers, recognizing my significant contributions to both Finance and Treasury teams.

In 2013, after years of dedicated service in employment, I decided to pursue my entrepreneurial dream and established LME Accountants. The initial years presented formidable challenges, but today, the journey feels immensely rewarding. Being my own boss is a source of great joy, and the true measure of success lies in the satisfaction of my loyal clients, who inspire me each day.

Having realised suddenly that I needed to file my tax return for the first time and since I was not familiar with the UK tax system I asked Majid if he would assist me with it. Despite that the deadline was looming with less than 24 hours to file my tax return Majid was willing to help me and quickly invited me to a meeting during which we completed the formal engagement procedure after he explained the background on the personal taxation system to me.

Majid quickly and very efficiently worked on my tax return and managed to file it to HMRC on the very same day and before the deadline. Also due to Majid ‘s expertise I managed to claim all the tax allowances which were legally available to me otherwise I would not have used them due to my lack of knowledge in this subject.
